Where can I view your products?

What are your operating hours?
Our Showroom in Nottingham is open 10am – 4pm. We can also welcome you outside of these hours if you let us know you’re coming.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we are so confident about the quality of our products that we offer a 25 year warranty on all chair frames and mechanisms. If you purchase Stainguard with your chair, you’ll also be protected for 5 years from accidental damage, spills and stains.
Is delivery & installation free?
Yes! Our team will remove your old furniture, set up your new chair exactly where you want it, unwrap and remove the packaging, then give you a full demonstration on how to use the chair.
Are your chairs exempt from VAT?
If you have a disability or illness (for example, arthritis) you can most likely purchase our riser recliners without paying any VAT, a 20% saving. Please speak to a member of our team to check eligibility.
Do you offer after sales support?
